Welcome to the New Year. We hope to make this an exciting year at Stratford Place, with your help. We would like to form committees for a spring gathering/cookout in the circle. Members of the committee will organize events, food preparations, etc.  Tell us what you’d like to happen.

In order to help keep our maintenance fees low, we would like as many residents as possible to volunteer for spring cleanup duty. This is our community and it’s all of our responsibilities to keep it clean and beautiful. We also encourage all residents to use the green trash containers given by the city. This will prevent the high winds from blowing and scattering trash bags around the complex.  Remember the community regulation to remove trash containers on the same day of trash pick up.

The board also encourages all residents to attend the meetings and voice to your concerns. We’re planning to hold the first fifteen – twenty minutes of all meetings just to hear you. Notice of meetings will be given well in advance.

We have hired the Law Firm of Kaman & Gusimano to represent us in all legal matters. We plan for a representative from this law firm to attend our March Quarterly meeting; this is a meeting you will not want to miss. Please participate in your community. You’ll also have access to your board members by going to our website to email and find information. We’ll return all messages in a reasonable timeframe.

**As stated in the letter from the board, all meetings are open to the community.  Please note that at board meetings only the first 15-20 minutes will be reserved for homeowners concerns and comments.  Although the remaining time during board meetings is open to the community, only board members will be able to participate.  Thank you for your cooperation. 

    Signs around Stratford   

Many of you may have noticed new traffic signs around the neighborhood. First, a speed limit of 10 mph has been posted for the entire neighborhood.  This is for the safety of all homeowners, children and pets.  Please be respectful of others.  Second, a snow parking ban is in effect. This means that no homeowners’ or guests’ cars, of any size, are permitted to be parked on the street during and after any snow, sleet or ice storm, where there is any accumulation of snow, requiring snow removal equipment.  Finally, visitor parking signs have been posted.  Please be considerate of your neighbors’ visitors and reserve the four visitor parking areas for non-homeowner vehicles.
